Bed Pattern for Dolls

Stacy and Stella is now offering a bed pattern for an American Girl ® Doll or other 18 inch dolls, like BFC, Ink!  Making your own furniture for your dolls is easier than you think.  This is a furniture pattern that you digitally download as a pdf file so you can start your new 18 inch doll project immediately. The Adobe pdf viewer is required. You simply print out the pdf and you’re ready to start. The Guidebook provides the step-by-step instructions for creating a blanket for your 18 inch doll.

Supplies Needed – 1-1/2 yards fabric. 2 inch thick foam and 1 inch thick foam. 3/4 inch thick wood – 9×9 and 9x 19-1/2 inches. 4 feet (rubber stoppers or drawer knobs). Double sided tape. Fabric glue. 1/4 inch elastic. 1/2 yard of cording for the piping, a staple gun,and a few metal brackets and screws. This pattern is also using a jig saw and electric drill, but you could use hand powered tools if desired.
