Sweet vest!
so cute! I just might get this!
I bought this, and this is such a nice pattern! Though one time I made it there were a lot of holes in it because of the fabric, you need to use a strong woven fabric. I would recommend this to any sewer who loves dolls and wants a quick project. But if you are a new sewer, I would not recommend this at all, because it would be difficult. I think this would look adorable with that oxford square coat around it
I have been a sewer for many, many years but I did struggle with this pattern. I had trouble turning the vest to the right side through the side seams. Finally, I ripped the hem and turned it, then sewed the side seams by hand. I will try again, but the vest I made is darling and I paired it with a skirt and a pair of khaki jeans.
However, I would like to know the pattern for the skirt with the vest. It is darling and I am already imagining many different patterns for summer.
