Snowdrop Dress Pattern for Dolls
MVC Snowdrop Dress
She flitted about, arranging chairs, laying out silverware, folding napkins. Today was the opening of the snowdrop festival — and while it was too cold to have the party out- side, she had filled vase after vase with the delicate flowers. Her dress, with its tiny green dots, matched perfectly.
Snowdrop features a fun two-tone color scheme –the perfect opportunity to showcase a fabulous trim! It’s fully lined, sports a sheer yoke, and closes neatly up the back with an invisible zipper and a hook and eye. And, for the ultimate quality experience, Snowdrop’s unique construction method leaves no raw edges exposed. The Melody Valerie signature bow graces the back of the yoke as the perfect finishing touch.
Snowdrop looks gorgeous in a mid-weight cotton, but would also work well in linen or even a lightweight corduroy, with lightweight cotton or poly for a nice lining. You could use almost any sheer for the yoke, but if you are a little nervous, we recommend starting with a crisper sheer like silk or polyester organza. More confident seam- stresses could get great success with chiffons and georgettes.
