Pattern Overview: Snowdrop, featured in the Spring 2013 collection – Bloom!  

She flitted about, arranging chairs, laying out silverware, folding napkins. Today was the opening of the snowdrop festival — and while it was too cold to have the party out- side, she had filled vase after vase with the delicate flowers. Her dress, with its tiny green dots, matched perfectly.

Snowdrop features a fun two-tone color scheme –the perfect opportunity to showcase a fabulous trim! Snowdrop looks gorgeous in a mid-weight cotton, but would also work well in linen or even a lightweight corduroy, with lightweight cotton or poly for a nice lining. You could use almost any sheer for the yoke, but if you are a little nervous, we recommend starting with a crisper sheer like silk or polyester organza. More confident seam- stresses could get great success with chiffons and georgettes.
